Trend 21 is a high fashion clothing line created by the internationally acclaimed French fashion designer, Yves Saint Laurent. The brand boasts an array of designs which have earned the band a legion of dedicated followers all around the world. In the early nineties, the trend started as a way to address women’s concerns regarding the lack of styles in their favorite clothes; today, the line has grown to include clothing for men, women and even children. The Paris-based fashion designer began his fascination with fashion at a very young age when he was arrested as part of the group that staged the worlds first Fashion Week. After spending some time in jail, he decided that he wanted to pursue his passion full time and so began a career in designing. When it comes to women, Trend 21 has created two separate lines. The first, called Trend 21 Exclusive Luxe Trench, is designed to offer style and sophistication in a trench coat. The second line is more urban, called Trend 21 Exclusive Women’s Trench. The styles are created in black, brown, charcoal and other colors to offer an edgy fashion feel. Other items in the women’s line include jewelry, shoes, belts, and purses. All these products, along with a wide selection of pants and skirts, have earned the brand not only a massive fan base but also a considerable profit.
